I can accept all Medicaid (Turquoise Care) plans and the following Commercial insurances for Individual counseling: Presbyterian, Molina Marketplace, Optum/United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (I cannot accept Blue Community HMO, NM Blue Preferred, Blue Advantage HMO). I do not accept insurance for couples counseling. My Self-pay rate is $150 per session.
After scheduling, the day before your appointment we will send you the link to the session (along with instructions) and some e-paperwork.
