I specialize in working with troubled relationships, and assist people to navigate through difficult relationship issues. I commonly see people dealing with issues of infidelity, financial struggles, communication breakdowns, conflict and other relationship issues. I work with couples to develop their skills and connection in order to be able to handle some of the most difficult situations in a relationship.

Individual Counseling

I specialize in working with people concerned with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger management, PTSD, grief and loss, and trauma.  I work with individuals in a manner that considers relational factors contributing to the issues, which may include environments, people, culture, expectations and roles..

Accessibility

Video Counseling can be done through your computer, tablet or cellphone allowing you to access counseling virtually anywhere.
